Online Purchase Return Policy

Seagull attaches great importance to making your experience as pleasant as possible. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, or if the items ordered appear to have been damaged during shipment, please return the goods within thirty (30) days of delivery. Seagull will not cover the cost of return shipping, except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange (see “Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders”). In regards to the compatibility of any given part or guitar case, if you are doubtful that you are buying the right product, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order. In the event of a wrongful purchase, Seagull is not held responsible and will not cover freight costs upon return. Our Customer Service is available from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday (ET). If you have purchased your product in-store, please return it to the point of purchase for faster service. In case you cannot return to the store, please contact Seagull Customer Service.
